50 pounds of Santorina Romas from Kai’s Vegtable sand turned into roasted tomatoes sauce. It gave the sauce a nice flavour. I already had canned a batch so now I have 24 jars, 15 quarts and 9 nine pints. Should do us – and I’ll give some to Tera and Jess.
