George has Tuesdays off. We often start the day with a leisurely coffee at Divanos before getting into the day. I had listened to an interview with Valerie Davis, a botanical artist, on CBC and was intrigued by her presentation about the symbiotic nature of relationships between the animal and plant worlds. So off we went to check it out. Glorious day.
